I was nervous to venture into flat breads, but when I did, I wanted something easy and practical. This recipe is certainly that. Now I alternate this with the bread recipe I posted previously. This was re-created from a lunch that my family and I ate at The Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas Nevada down by the pool area this past May. I ate them twice and I loved them so much! So I memorized all of the condiments so that we could make them and enjoy them at home :D
